We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
ORDER ACCURACY
Please ensure that all order details, including product selection, lengths, textures, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase. J. Grand Luxury is not responsible for incorrect orders submitted by the customer.
Product Quality Concerns:
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at j.grandluxury26@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion. Items must remain unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in original condition to be eligible for review.
Processing & Fulfillment:
All orders are processed after payment is received. Once your order has been confirmed and processed. It cannot be canceled or modified.
